    We use privacy-respecting AI tools to speed up prep: summarizing documents, organizing checklists, EN/ES translation, and drafting budgets. Every recommendation and all numbers are reviewed by Fanny or a qualified professional. We do not automate credit decisions—lenders always make final approvals. You can opt out anytime—just tell us.
